40 Days Yoga Practice Workshop

The practice is based on the the concept of sanskrit tapasyā. Which implies a personal endeavor of discipline to achieve a goal.
The group will get familiar with a 40-day sadhana practice of yoga and meditation. During the workshop we will start delving deep into these 4 questions:
- Why do I need this discipline?
- How can I achieve my goals?
- When is the best time for me to practice?
- Where is the best location for my sadhana?
